Dr. Ann Louise Higgins, a board certified anesthesiologist, joined the group in 2005. She is a lifelong resident of Bergen County. Dr. Higgins did her undergraduate work at Hood College, where she majored in Biology. She attended St. George's university school of medicine , Grenada West Indies. Dr. Higgins completed both Internal Medicine and Anesthesia residencies at Hackensack University Medical Center.

 Dr. Gregory J Lawler, a board certified anesthesiologist, is a caring compassionate physician delivering competent and safe anesthesia. He completed his undergraduate education at Boston University post-baccalaureate pre-medical education at Columbia University, where he published articles. He attended the renowned and founding school of Osteopathy, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated as a member of Sigma Sigma Phi Honor Society. He completed his anesthesia residency at Seton Hall University based hospitals, St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, and St. Elizabeth's Hospital. He received further recognition from Seton Hall University for his appointment as chief resident. Dr. Lawler's wealth of experience is not only based on years of training, but also on his past appointment, where he served for four years as a clinical instructor of anesthesia to aspiring anesthesiologists.

Dr. Jodi L. W. Reiss, a board certified anesthesiologist, joined the group in the summer of 2006. A native New Yorker, Dr. Reiss wanted to become a doctor from childhood, and never wavered in that desire.

The journey to a career in anesthesiology was an indirect and unexpected course for Dr. John L. Leonardo. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science at Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland in 1992. It was not until 1994 that he realized his call to medicine. For the next few years, Dr. Leonardo completed his post-baccalaureate premedical studies at Hunter College in New York City where he also conducted research involving DNA computer simulations. Prior to entry into medical school, Dr. Leonardo briefly worked as a science and chemistry teacher to eighth and tenth grade students at Hunter College High School.
